It was a pleasure to speak with you regarding the energy efficient light bulb distribution program. The low-income families assisted through The Borough of Carteret will be extremely grateful for your efforts and appreciate the light bulb.

It is my understanding that you will be providing 1,666 sets of bulbs to be distributed to eligible families throughout the Borough of Carteret. Many of these families are senior citizens who most likely would not have purchased the energy efficient bulbs.

We look forward for distribution to be held on September 19th on Ethnic Day at Carteret Park.
